Just like the comic mini-story, the animated Iron Shoes is nothing but a sympathetic atmospheric short, which literally oozes Hellboy atmosphere. Rather than story or suspense, it's all about humor, and that's what we get. The fist-bell cut really made me laugh, and the ending did too. Three minutes was plenty. "I travel light."

Nice shorts, which stand out mainly by humor and lightness. It's nothing else but a story about how Hellboy neutralizes one monster. Honestly, it could have been even shorter and maybe even funnier if it ended already during the fall from the tower, but everyone has their own taste. For me, it's good, but it's nothing great.
