English "Red Right Hand" playing over the opening credits had me excited right away. The 1919 England setting and the cast also thrilled me, and I was already anticipating a five-star rating before the episode even got going. However... While the premise, script, performances, and dialogue were excellent, the expected (and inevitable) violence didn't come until Inspector Campbell appeared, which was a bit of a letdown. I'll have to wait and see how things develop. ()
