For Martin Gonzalez winning the unobtainable Sofia has been an obsession since childhood. A lower class kid with little hopes of a better future, Martin joins the dangerous Cartel Norte del Valle, a ruthless criminal organisation – and climbs the ranks. With his friend Pepe, the two break from the cartel by cutting out the Mexican middlemen, deciding to ship their goods directly to Miami. Set against the violent background of the excessive '90s, a time in which Columbia produced nearly 80 percent of the world's cocaine, The Snitch Cartel tells a grand tale of unbridled ambition, unrequited love and the rampant corruption in the most dangerous game of all.
