The writers have once again abandoned any effort to make sense, reverting to ignoring logic and contradicting their own script. Octavia's "army" splits in half, and her plan to reunite them is by having Gaia fight in the arena? How exactly does that bring back the half that views Gaia as an icon? It seems Monty has been watering the plants with rocket fuel, and Clarke and Madi must have stealth abilities since they managed to stroll through the entire camp unnoticed. And those "interesting" conversations with Octavia... just wow.
