This time, the plot felt noticeably weaker. Maybe it's just me, but the storyline centered around the rivalry between the cops and firefighters didn't do much for me. The subplot with Amy and Rosa didn't help either. The only saving grace was Charles the foodie. 3*- / "Stop hitting them, kicking them will hurt more!"
