Skyfire Cycle (2016) (S04E08)

English The episode didn't quite hit that five-star mark for me, but let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air compared to the last one. All three storylines were great. // "Kevin is right." "You're fired." "What?!" // "This is the best day of my life." "You have three kids, Terry." "I said what I said!" ()

The Overmining (2016) (S04E09)

English I was this close to giving it an extra star, but Captain Stentley and the whole storyline surrounding him just didn't sit right with me. However, Sergeant Jeffords and Gina totally stole the show for me this time. That battle of wills had me hooked from start to finish. // "Not to brag, but I was name-checked in my kindergarten teacher's suicide note." ()

Captain Latvia (2016) (S04E10)

English In just twenty minutes, the creators stirred up a whole mix of emotions for me. I was kinda bummed that the Christmas episode only halfway covered the caroling competition, but man, did I have a blast with confident Charles. // "That's gonna be destroyed, the way dry rot destroyed his orphanage. / "I say we do it, and I'm the boss. Therefore, meeting adjourned." ()

The Fugitive Pt. 1 (2017) (S04E11)

English I really hope the creators don't plan on sticking with the same concept they used in the eleventh episode going forward. It just didn't do it for me. The whole thing was pretty dull, and there were barely any laughs to be found. // "Gina, get your wackadoodle out of here." ()

The Fugitive Pt. 2 (2017) (S04E12)

English I've mentioned before how much I enjoy holiday episodes, but I gotta say, Doug Judy's annual appearances don't quite feel like a holiday to me. Still, the twelfth episode kept the story going strong, both in terms of plot and quality. // "Damn, Rosa! How did you do that?" "I have a dark past." / "Oh, it's just my former lover." "Hello, sister." / "Gertie!" ()

The Audit (2017) (S04E13)

English I don't like where the series has been heading in the last three episodes. There weren't many laughs for me this time around, and that ending? I have a bad feeling about this, to be honest...// "Are they gonna be looking in our desks? Also, unrelated... someone left a bunch of swords in my desk." / "Hi, I got hit by a bus." ()

Serve & Protect (2017) (S04E14)

English Improvement is finally on the horizon! And let me tell you, it caught me by surprise in the best way possible. I was pleasantly surprised by the "on-site" investigation this time around. And a big shoutout to Nathan Fillion for really bringing it — his performance made all the difference. // "One more question. Those donuts, are they..." - "They're all free." - "Okay, great." / "From now on, the only black male I want anything to do with is you." ()

The Last Ride (2017) (S04E15)

English Episode fifteen wasn't as bad as some of the earlier ones, but it didn't exactly have me doubling over with laughter either. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out where all the humor went, especially since it's usually a staple in most of the scripts. Honestly, the fourth season might be the weakest link so far.// "I was just trying to include someone from outside the inner circle." - "There's an inner circle?" / "Thanks for the heroin, hunky Jesus." / "He does what is right and doesn't act selfishly. You're responsible for that!" ()

Moo Moo (2017) (S04E16)

English I've never been a big fan of kids in movies and TV shows, but you know what? This episode actually won me over. Maybe it's because I couldn't help but chuckle at both of the volunteers. Plus, I gotta give props for tackling the issue of racial segregation in such an entertaining and humorous way — it's not something you see every day! // "Well, if you guys have any other questions, we're here for you." - "What's an orgasm?" ()

Cop-Con (2017) (S04E17)

English Looks like the creators shamelessly borrowed a page from The Hangover. I mean, it didn't bother me too much, but what really got to me was the lack of fun during the conference trip — I was hoping for a lot more laughs.// "Guys, I was just talking to that amazing woman and I blacked out. Did I get her number?" ()

Chasing Amy (2017) (S04E18)

English Well, this episode definitely landed my lowest rating for the series. The usual lightness and humor seemed to vanish, and those twenty minutes felt like an eternity of pure boredom. Exams and sourdough. If it hadn't been for those trains... // "This'll be fun!" - "I hope not. It's trains." / "Oh, God, it really does smell bad. My eyes hurt." ()

Your Honor (2017) (S04E19)

English How can the creators of a TV series produce a boring eighteenth episode just to have the next episode be excellent? It really ticks me off. I was hooked from start to finish this time around. // "So you really didn't learn anything?" "No, but I hope you did. Can't school Gina. Gina schools you." ()

The Slaughterhouse (2017) (S04E20)

English The episode had me chuckling most of the way through. I didn't quite give it that fifth star because, let's face it, the creators have set the bar pretty high already. But hey, it kept me entertained. // "There's little pools of water on pizza." "That's grease, Jake." "Well, it's wet, isn't it?" / "She's been buried alive three times. I've only been buried alive once." / "You shut your mouth when I'm talking to you. !" ()

The Bank Job (2017) (S04E21)

English It seems that towards the end of the season, the series is picking up momentum again. // "Okay, I should be back in an hour. If my desk phone rings, just ignore it. I don't answer it anyway. " ()

Crime & Punishment (2017) (S04E22)

English The storyline was teetering between a four and a five, but you know what sealed the deal? The white Charles, the blond Rosa, and that pink pant suit — pure perfection! // "We might as well start hiding razor blades under our tongues." "Here. You can have one of mine. " / "You can give the place to whoever you want. I don't care. Actually, I do care. Don't give it to Hitchcock." ()

Season 5 (2017) (S05)

English In the fifth season, everything sort of turned around. Every season so far had a lot of great episodes and a few that slightly reduced the average score. This season was mostly bad, and the resulting rating is three stars thanks to the few good episodes. I really liked the show, so I'd rather stop watching now before the creators manage to completely ruin it for me. ()

The Big House Pt.1 (2017) (S05E01)

English The fifth season delivered more than just a decent start. The change in location breathes new life into the series, and seeing Jake adapt to prison life is riveting. Plus, I really enjoyed seeing Rosa's wishes come true. And Lou Diamond Phillips!// "Boyle! Were you dreaming about Jake again?" "Why did you wake me up?! I told you never to wake me up!!!" / "You eat nine people and all of the sudden they "don't know who you are anymore." ()

The Big House Pt.2 (2017) (S05E02)

English The second prison episode was noticably weaker but I couldn't bring myself to give it anything less than five stars. Even in its weaker moments, if the creators can still manage to make me laugh, they definitely deserve some recognition. // "This is bad. This is really, really bad." "Are you concerned about Seamus Murphy, Detective Scully, or were you having trouble with the jumble?" 5*- ()

Kicks (2017) (S05E03)

English While the third episode wasn't terrible, it fell short of the high standard set by its predecessors. I couldn't quite grasp the significance of Piment's short-lived comeback – it seemed like a pointless detour, and even the shoe thief storyline failed to leave much of an impression on me. // "There is no pleasing you." "That is accurate." ()

HalloVeen (2017) (S05E04)

English Themed episodes like this are typically a surefire way to have a blast in comedy series, and once again, the creators delivered the goods. The Halloween heist has become something of a tradition, but the episode's introduction caught me off guard in the best way possible. // "Wait, where are my eggs?" - "In my belly." ()
