Plots(1)

A group of friends emerge from the darkness, bloody and lucky to be alive. Having already lost two friends in the marsh, they break into an empty vacation house to take shelter. Whatever was in the marsh is still after them, but it's not the only thing that wants them dead. Something much worse and more savage lays in wait. Trapped between two evils, they're forced to fight, die, or go back the way they came. (StudioCanal UK)

English Muck is a B-movie, and it's trashy, but I don't think it's outright terrible. The creators don't take themselves seriously, the girls are bold, and the villains aren't that bad. It simply lacks a significant storyline; it just rides on the fact that the plot moves briskly forward, doesn't stop much, and doesn't delve into why everything is happening. Simple, it certainly won't fulfill you, but you don't have to outright dismiss the movie. ()

English As Krnáčová would say, probably an idiot is behind this project. I try not to use the Boo! rating too often, but here it was solidly deserved. A cheap and pointless murder-fest (and by cheap I don’t mean only in terms of money) that unnecessarily jumps back and forth and the characters have nothing better to do other than showing boobs and bums (in the case of the girls) or bare chests (in the case of the boys). The humour has some hints of self-awareness, but it’s dominated by toxicity. I don’t know what else to say. It wasn’t fun, it was painful. If the author wants to dedicate two more films to this, I admire his effort and perseverance, but IMHO it’s not worth it, really. ()
