Ghost in the Shell: Arise – Border 2: Ghost Whispers

This confirmed what I began to think after the first film. It's visually pleasing, the animation is good, and at times quite pleasantly experimental in what appears around the main characters, but plot-wise, it's just dull. It tries to be thoughtful, forgets about action, but ultimately doesn't tell you anything substantial. (29/06/2017)
