Or how a prequel to the film "Gone Girl" would look like. Unfortunately, it is quite a dysfunctional movie that tries to rely on the fact that Rosamund Pike can handle these roles and that she is a good enough actress for you to believe it. I didn't believe it this time, but that's only because of the bad screenplay that lacks tension. It gets intense during the rape scene, you have certain expectations. Then it's just Rosamund at the center of the action, but it's the kind of action that doesn't entertain you.
