After stealing a microchip worth $50 million, a high-Tech terrorist team hides it in a toy dune buggy which is accidentally taken at airport security by a cranky old lady and given to a neighbor kid, who, home alone with chicken pox, watches the terrorists' progress as they break into every house on the street, realizing he has what they're looking for.
