Made on a tiny budget, a delightful anecdotal account of the blossoming friendship between a gauche, highly opinionated country girl and a more laid-back Parisian student. Seemingly a slight, comic character study, it's actually about how we repond to nature, city life, money, injustice and (this is Rohmer!) language.
