Closer to God

"Closer to God" is a good film in the sense that it makes you think. Or at least it should make you think. The story itself is quite simple, and you can somehow guess how it ends. But that's not its strength. The strength lies in how the crowd is depicted, a crowd that you don't want to be a part of. And maybe you are. And you don't even realize it. Another reason to escape into the woods and forget about humanity. (22/02/2016)
