The film shows the a socialist work brigade at Tesla Liberec during the development of a small transistor magnetophone. Although the film – in the socialist spirit – glorifies the brigade's collective cohesion, the narrative also includes a more low-key aspect: the everyday life of the workers, in particular their passion for sport.
