Camille Ford traverses the United States to discover the best food from coast to coast, in a country where influences from around the world combine to make a delicious melting pot of cuisines – with Italian, Mexican, German and Jewish taking centre stage. At each stop on her journey, Camille tries to settle the battles between local restaurants as to who cooks the best local delicacy, be it chicken wings in Buffalo, pizza slices in Washington DC or even the iconic Philadelphia cheese steak.
