English An average, but in places quite suspenseful thriller. What's interesting about it is that it has a rafting setting and it stars Meryl Streep. For her and for the beauty of the river, I give it three stars. ()

English Meryl Streep is great as a woman who, under pressure of circumstances, is forced to go down a wild river with murderers on the "deck" of her raft. A rather average and predictable thriller that benefits mainly from its cast and the attractive locations. ()

English A very good adventure thriller, very entertaining, especially in the second half. The script may not be the most original and everything turns out exactly as the you expect long in advance, but the beautiful scenery, the score and the performances make up for it. Meryl Streep is excellent as always, but she's no match for the psychopath Bacon in this film. He and Hanson's skilled direction are what make this ride one hell of a rush. 80% ()
