If the film went a little further in showing it explicitly, if it tried not only to suggest but actually depict the explicitness, then I would like it, because it would completely resonate with the theme. But no. This would probably be too much, and so in the film, which is about infidelity and its consequences, we basically don't see breasts, let alone a penis. Sad, but the idea is not bad at all.
