A special ops military force, led by expert sniper Jake Chandler (Steven Seagal), is sent to a remote village to extract an American congressman being held by terrorists. Outnumbered and outgunned, the squad must engage in a massive shootout against the enemy while Jake utilizes his expert skills to save them all from certain death. Steven Seagal has never been my favorite, but nevertheless, it is him who really entertained me in this movie. It has a relatively short duration, but he is exactly the kind of tough guy that fans expect him to be. Moreover, you can hardly tell that he has gone through a period of serious weight gain, which can be attributed to his uniform. The plot is weak, but I didn't expect anything grand.
