Each week, four of the best blade smiths in the country put both their skills and reputations on the line. The competition is fierce. In the first two rounds, contestants face-off, forging blades they hope can withstand the judges' grueling tests. Only two smiths will be left standing and continue on to the final round where they'll have to put it all on the line and create a historic blade. The new season of Forged in Fire will feature new challenges and tasks that the contestants must complete while forging, such as sourcing all of their metal from the wreck of a car. It takes a certain mix of brains and brawn to be crowned the Forged in Fire champion. (History Channel)

The best reality show I’ve ever come across on TV. Thrilling groundwork, breathtaking challenges and a historical excursion at the end. Some of the things those people put together in the final phase are truly beautiful.
