This casting was very important and you can see it mainly in the performance of the actors who played the small roles. They are such repulsive characters at first sight that they make you feel sick. In this aspect, it was successful, but on the other hand, with this kind of script, you might feel that it's maybe too exaggerated, even though it's clear how it has to end.
