A cheap cartoon based on the classic great fairy tale book by Otfried Preußler. "Thomas Scarecrow" is the cutest and funniest thing the famous Liberec native left us, but it had to wait a while for a good film. This cartoon isn't even worth minimal attention. Fortunately, the 2013 live-action version is very enjoyable.
