A young British author is plunged into a nightmare as he tries to solve his aunt's murder in Italy. I can't help but like the overall atmosphere of this film immensely. David Hemmings was given a role that suited him perfectly, and although the script is ultimately not great, he played his part superbly. It made me want to watch every minute and I was in suspense about what was going to happen and how it was going to turn out.
