A wealthy young man is conned into staging a fake kidnapping in order to play the hero and win the affection of a girl he's madly in love with. Get the Girl has such a ridiculous and illogical premise, yet it leads to everything beautifully and brutally falling apart, that while I felt the whole time it was screenwriting nonsense, it still managed to entertain me at times. It's nonsense, but if you accept the game being played here, it can be entertaining.
