A scientist builds a massive ark after his warnings of an Earth-destroying flood are ignored. It annoys me when B-movie writers choose a subject that just can't look good with a small budget. This is just such a case. It's clear that in the end, it will turn into an interior drama where we won't see much of the water, and we'll hope that the characters come up with some crazy idea to stop the disaster. That's all this is.
