English If someone wants to repeat the definition of romanticism from the period of school attendance, I recommend choosing this film, which perfectly concentrates all the characteristics of the relevant style. Great emotions, gestures, love, passions, war clashes and duels, a bit of mysticism, at that age of 15-16 I would have been excited about the above mentioned, at that time I devoured Walter Scott or Polish classics. Today, it seems a bit exaggerated to me, however, I acknowledge that considering the budget that the Poles worked with, a decent historical epic film was created for the widest audience. Additionally, well-cast. Overall impression: 55%. ()
