A thriller that captures a young man's desperate attempts to escape from the isolation of an apartment in the heart of Mumbai. On the brink of getting married and beginning a new life, Shaurya believes he has found the ideal home for himself and his bride-to-be. While I've mentioned several times that Indians aren't very good at making genre films, especially in the horror or thriller genres, occasionally an exception emerges - at least one that reaches me and is simply good. Trapped is proof of that. A guy locks himself away, but the consequences are devastating. A beautifully claustrophobic film.
