English Better than the previous episode, but I'm still annoyed by scenes that are completely detached from reality. The conversation with the janitor in the mop closet, for instance, was unrealistic — Shaun would more likely get a well-aimed punch rather than a life story in response to his questions. On the other hand, the VIP patient was very entertaining. Still, the show lacks that extra "something" to make it stand out from other medical dramas. ()
