Save Me

A unique series with themes that are not exactly common in Korean TV. A friend of mine has been recommending Save Me for probably three years now, and I'm so glad I finally watched it. I think it might have been too strong for some viewers, and that not everyone has the stomach to watch those seances and madness. I do admire the actors for how much they had to go over the line. Ye-ji Seo was excellent in her role, and Do-hwan Woo got to me as well. Not to mention the performances of the supporting actors who portrayed the cult members. It must have been a very difficult film to make, but they pulled it off. Half the time, I had chills down my spine. 4.5 stars (28/11/2020)
