English The film unfortunately jumps weirdly from one to the next, doesn't give proper space to anything, and in my opinion can't keep the viewer's attention properly. On the other hand, Suda Masaki is great in this film and perfectly conveys to the viewer what Haru feels, wants, is. For her part, Tsuchiya Tao was awkward and sharp-edged enough to do a decent portrayal of Shizuka. Suda lifts it up, the rest is rather average to below average. The anime is much better because it gives more space to building relationships and revealing more of the characters. ()
