"Lady Liberty" is a docu drama that tells the story of the genesis and construction of the Statue of Liberty, as seen through the eyes of the different French and American individuals who helped with its completion: the young sculptor A.Bartholdi, the engineer G. Eiffel, the newspaper publisher J. Pulitzer. With the help of reenactments, 3D animations and never-seen archives and with the care given to the cultural and political context of the time, this movie offers a unique perspective in the heart of the XIXth century, at a pivotal period that precipitated our world into the modern era.
