English In case the name of screenwriter Simon Barret happens to attract anyone (like me), here you have a statement from Barret himself, according to which he has nothing to do with this film. ()

English The Temple is an American-Japanese production that makes great use of its setting. I cannot help but love the solitary temples and houses, it makes for a great horror movie, and it does not matter that it mainly uses the night, which is a typical horror trope. It could well have been cliché, but in this case, it enhances the overall feel of the movie. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is the main thing, so the characters are uninteresting, and the plot is nothing special overall. ()
