It may be the third film in the series, but it's actually the film that precedes the first one. It's not about anything other than showing how the evil bastards are living well, how they fuck, take drugs and beat people up, or even kill them. At least until everything goes to shit, which only happens in the finale. I don't consider the film better than average.
