Elegy

After 20 years of service, the spacecraft Cassini was sent crashing into Saturn on 15 September 2017. It now appeals even more to the imagination. The film combines digital video with manipulated archival images and 3D models to explore the relationship between man, machine and the natural environment. (International Film Festival Rotterdam)
