It's a very strange film that not everyone will like from the beginning, but I liked its naivety, childishness, and exaggerated colors and playfulness. These are elements that together create quite a functional social critique, mainly of the military. It's not perfect, it's not extremely funny, but those characters are beautifully bizarre.
