Ever wonder what it must be like to both own a high end restaurant and be its preeminent chef? Enter Daniel, a talented but ego-driven restaurant owner who can be every bit as arrogant and self-centered as some of the most notorious TV cooking personalities. His business has fallen out of fashion with the foodies in his town, and he desperately needs to freshen up his offerings. Over the course of one eventful day and night, we see him desperately try to attract new investors, butt heads with a food critic and deal with a senior staff member that he really shouldn’t be sleeping with. Single-mindedly obsessed with the food he makes, he refuses to compromise, but those around him find it difficult to stand his company, seemingly including his lover.
