Let's Dance

Joseph's passion for hip-hop dancing drives him to reject a job with the family firm, and move to Paris to try his luck. With his girlfriend Emma and best friend Karim, he joins a crew formed by prominent Parisian breaker Youri to try to win an international hip-hop competition. In the runup to the event, nothing goes as planned – Joseph is betrayed by Emma and Youri, and the group implodes. Taken in by Rémi, an ex-ballet dancer turned teacher, Joseph discovers the world of classical dance and is introduced to the dazzling Chloé, who is preparing to audition for the New York City Ballet. Through their encounter, by orchestrating an unlikely alliance between hip-hop and ballet, Joseph learns to develop a personality as dancer and leader, and legitimacy as an artist. (HBO Europe)
