English Safety takes a backseat… An interesting premise that could have a lot to offer for the future. The screenwriters created excellent conditions for the space race to never end. So far it looks like a mix between Mad Men and Apollo 13. Kinnaman is solid; his performance as the man who could have been the first to walk on the moon is very convincing. Otherwise, apart from the guy who delivered a speech, nobody says much. The scene with the Soviets landing on the moon is crushing. ()

English An opening with a very specific vibe. It's a sort of deft mix of light comedy/parody and serious drama with surprisingly good visual effects scenes in space. At the same time, the creators are not afraid to address the viewer with a solidly restored sixties atmosphere, including a mix of original archive videos and interviews. There are a number of ways to grasp this alternate history, hopefully it can be done at least half as well as Snyder did in Watchmen. ()
