No secrets here - I've got some serious qualms about quotas in the film industry (and everywhere else, for that matter). And don't even get me started on the whole political correctness thing. That's why I found the Norwegian angle so refreshing. Sure, the crime plot might not have me on the edge of my seat, but the subtle and not-so-subtle humor is what gets me. 4*-
