Fear of Rain

Another tedious TV drama where nothing interesting happens. It was supposed to be horror, but it's actually a very soft thriller for teenagers about a schizophrenic girl who suspects her neighbor of kidnapping a child. At the beginning, she has some decent visions, but they soon stop and are followed by the girl's traumas and family troubles. It feels like a movie that could be shown on primetime TV. About nothing. One of those dramatic thrillers where the protagonist suffers from mental problems and the viewer is supposed to feel tense and confused about whether those weird things that happen in the film are real or a product of the protagonist’s condition. You wish. I didn’t give a toss, I find this type of movies extremely boring and uninteresting, and Fear of Rain doesn’t have anything to catch your eye. (07/02/2021)
