An unscrupulous liquor store owner steadily wipes out his city's homeless with lethal booze that melts anyone who consumes it into oblivion! Can a dedicated cop uncover the truth before a seemingly unavoidable hobo holocaust? Street trash has endured decades of repression at the hands of scissor-happy censors but its gung-ho melt-tastic outlandishness has afforded it a steady cult following since its release, and is presented here restored and uncut. English Amateurishly spasmodic, vulgar, boorish and comically bloody. Street Trash would have benefitted from having its runtime reduced by the 20 minutes focusing on needless characters. Even with those characters, however, Street Trash is a generally well-made amateur movie that will be appreciated especially by lovers of the greatest degradation, if only because of the camerawork and incredible splatter scenes. English Street Trash is definitely not extremely bloody, as Pomo writes here (hello). You will hardly see any blood, but there are such "delicacies" as foosball with a severed penis (without blood), six people melting into a shapeless colored mass, there is even a scene with a bunch of homeless people jerking off while watching someone fuck, their walk and movements reminiscent of a bunch of zombies. There is also one bloated body that subsequently explodes (very similar to the fat man scene from Monthy Python's The Meaning of Life) and even a police investigator deliberately throwing up on a wanted murderer. And the story? The whole thing revolves around a liquor store where homeless people go to get a bottle of some beverage called Viper, after which they melt or explode. It looks very cheap, with lots of filth, shots of junkyards, disgusting individuals and a few surprisingly funny moments. ()

English The movie "Street Trash" is still a relatively good representative of its subgenre and in the end, you will probably get what you want. Furthermore, there is a really good scene at the end where you can enjoy some funny gore. This is definitely not an easy task, but they succeeded here. However, those characters are just so disgusting that it's hard to get into the film. But that's also the purpose. And the effects are simply very good, and I enjoyed them. ()
