After the first episode, it is clear to me that the creators loosely based it on The Crossing and The Wrong Side of Goodbye while nicely adjusting and combining the plot. I don't mean it as a criticism, I am glad that I recognized both inspirations in the story, and my satisfaction with the episode's progress is clearly reflected in the resulting four-star rating. I thought that I would find Maddie annoying in her new life role. Surprisingly, it hasn't happened so far. / Lesson learned: Always watch your back.
