The CIA turns to former agent Nick Randall (Rutger Hauer), now a bounty hunter who 'collects' criminal low-lifes for a very hefty price. When terrorist Malak (Gene Simmons) kills two of Randall's closest friends, hunting him down becomes a personal vendetta. His relentless pursuit through the bomb-ridden streets of Los Angeles finally ends in an explosive and bloody confrontation, which will mean life or death to tens of thousands of people. I've always liked Rutger Hauer, it's just that most of the movies he has starred in haven't been worth much. This film was no exception. Let’s face it, it was terrible. There was hardly any logic in the script, it was mind-numbingly boring for an action film, the dialogue was terrible, etc., etc. I left one star for the blonde Dutchman.
