I'm feeling pretty optimistic about where this series is headed. It's doing a solid job of keeping me entertained. Yet, I can't shake this nagging worry that the whole "one case per episode" thing might wear thin eventually. There's potential for some intriguing connections between episodes, especially with Crews' private investigation, but it feels like they're not giving it enough room to breathe just yet. On the bright side, seeing Christina Hendricks pop up was a pleasant surprise.
