I wasn't exactly thrilled about the start of the seventh season. It's not that the first episode was dull; the scenes featuring Leonard and the banter between Sheldon and Penny brought some laughs. However, the rest of the episode fell a bit flat for me. I'm still holding out hope for improvement, though.
