Claire is excited to give Haley and Alex a great experience for “Bring Your Daughter to Work Day” but the staff is not making it easy, and Phil takes Luke and Manny’s class out for community service day, which becomes a teachable moment in more ways than one. After the previous unpleasant surprise, the creators have returned to their standard quality, which has pleased me quite a bit. The events surrounding Jay and Phil weren't that amazing, but I was entertained mainly by Claire, who almost managed to turn another ordinary workday into Halloween. However, the best was undoubtedly Gloria, whose big dream almost came true. // "Do you think I climbed up by being in the execution squad?" / "You're old." "And did you see my lady, you jerk?"
