English A surprisingly well-cast anti-kids and anti-marriage film that I didn't find amusing or exciting, but it sure was annoying. American comedies of this type usually spend three-quarters of the time trying to convince me that family life is an absolute nightmare, only to provide irrefutable proof in the final quarter that it is actually a pleasure cruise. Well, I’m not buying that. The only thing it convinced me of was that the writer either didn't try very hard or just wasn’t very good at it. Plus, the filmmakers absolutely failed to exploit the potential of the cast, so it was pretty lame from my perspective. ()
