If the previous episode was mostly action-packed, this one builds on a dense atmosphere and well-built tension. Based on what I've seen, working for the CIA must be an amazing adrenaline-filled experience, but when things don't go according to plan, the agency seems to distance itself from its people or, in the worst case, even "takes care" of them. Agents probably find this in the contract under employee benefits.
