Based on actual creatures that for years have tormented our armed forces in the Middle East, these creatures have now invaded the southwestern deserts of the United States. The Camel Spiders now freely hunt for prey, unafraid of any predator - including man. No place is safe; no one is beyond their paralyzing sting. Camel Spiders is simply weak. Wynorski didn't come up with anything that would have made the film a bit more interesting, that would have made it at least a bit entertaining. There's no humor to laugh at, there are no good special effects, there's no surprising development - there's simply nothing here that's truly worthwhile or a good reason to watch the film. Wynorski is tragically boring.
