Detectorists - Season 2

This time I knew exactly what I was in for, so I was prepared for a very slow-paced story that wasn’t exactly action-packed (euphemism), and yet the creators still managed to surprise me. The second season had a much better developed story, it kept its great characters (Becky), and I felt that it had an even more powerful human dimension. An incredibly feel-good series about people for people. Mackenzie Crook did an excellent job in my view. (31/03/2020)
