As part of St. Bonaventure hospital’s international humanitarian program, the team takes on the case of a young boy from the Congo who has severe congenital heart anomalies. Dr. Neil Melendez has doubts about the safety of the procedure, while Dr. Shaun Murphy works out the best course of action. This really won't work, I simply don't empathize with those unfortunate African children, it's beyond me, I don't even send 300 crowns a month for Jeremiah Johnson to catch his breath while our problems persist without interest. The plotline with the dysfunctional heart didn't interest me, so both stars go searching for the lost sample.
