English After the first season of a series about the life of Catholics in Northern Ireland, I was quite happy with the show, but I still can't shake the feeling that the creators could have done better. Half of the season lacked edge. It's a shame, because the other three episodes were really enjoyable. The lead characters are Catholic school girls (and James), but all three of my favorite characters were adult roles. Besides Sister Michael, it was Grandpa Joe and Da Gerry. I really enjoyed their scenes together. ()
